Founder

Stuart Kibbe

Stuart founded Grace with a clear conviction: that the quality of a person's inner life determines the quality of their outer impact.

With a background spanning executive coaching, leadership development, and experiential learning, Stuart has spent over a decade partnering with organisations across Europe and beyond to develop the human side of performance.

Grace grew out of that work — a platform built on the belief that emotional intelligence is not a soft skill but a core business competency, and that the right kind of learning can genuinely change how people work and lead.
