Each EI Lab takes a single, practical emotional-intelligence skill and builds it through guided practice. Every lab maps to the same Grace EI competencies and domains that underpin our flagship Workplace EI programme, so a team can start with one topic, feel the difference, and go further when they are ready.
Labs run in one of two formats, so you can fit them to your team. The Lunch & Learn format spreads four one-hour sessions across four weeks for steady practice alongside the working day. The Accelerated format packs three 90-minute sessions into a half day or full day when you want momentum.
